• Educate homeowners on new comfort systems and help them choose the right solutions
• Deliver professional, high-impact sales presentations that clearly communicate value
• Ask the right questions to uncover customer needs and recommend tailored options
• Prepare accurate proposals and price jobs within company guidelines
• Secure customer-approved agreements for all projects
• Follow up on site visits to ensure quality and complete customer satisfaction
• Maintain strong communication with support staff regarding job details, financing, and scheduling
• Provide installers with clear expectations through photos, drawings, and written instructions
• Stay connected with installers and customers during installation to ensure a seamless experience
• Actively pursue referrals and build long-term customer relationships
• Prospect new customers through outbound calls and neighborhood outreach
• Participate in ongoing sales meetings, training sessions, and technical development

⭐ What You Bring
• High school diploma
• 3+ years of sales experience; HVAC knowledge preferred, but NOT needed
• At least 1 year of HVAC industry experience is a plus
• Clean background, drug screen, and motor vehicle record
• Strong physical dexterity and ability to work flexible hours (days/nights/weekends)
• A polished, professional attitude and a genuine desire to help customers
